Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of theMeetoa operated by ExecBridge at meetoa.execbridge.io (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be authorized to use the Service and, where applicable, sign in with a Google account permitted by your organization or the Service administrator. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials and meeting links secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Harass, threaten, or violate the privacy of others
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Share meeting links or passwords with unintended recipients
• Reverse engineer or misuse third-party integrations except as permitted

You are solely responsible for the content you share during meetings, including audio, video, screen shares, chat messages, and files. Do not share confidential information unless you have authority to do so and appropriate safeguards are in place.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in and calendar) and LiveKit (real-time media). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXECBRIDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
