Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ExecBridge ("we", "us") handles information when you use Meetoa at meetoa.execbridge.io (the "Service"). The Service provides 1:1 video meetings, scheduling, calendar integration, and email invites for authorized users.

Google account information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by your Google account settings and the scopes you approve.

Calendar data. If you grant calendar access, we create and manage calendar events related to meetings you schedule through the Service. We do not read unrelated calendar events except as needed to provide calendar features you request.

Meeting data. We store meeting metadata (times, participants, invite links, optional passwords, chat messages sent in meetings, and related logs) to operate the Service.

Media during calls. Audio, video, and screen content are transmitted in real time through our video infrastructure provider (LiveKit). We do not record meetings unless a recording feature is explicitly offered and enabled.

Technical data. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps, and error logs) to secure and maintain the Service.

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate you and manage your account
• Create, schedule, and join meetings
• Send invites and optional calendar events
• Operate in-meeting chat and meeting controls
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents
• Improve reliability and fix errors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as Google (authentication and calendar), LiveKit (real-time media), and email delivery providers when email invites are enabled. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service.

We retain account and meeting data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can revoke Google account access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may limit or prevent use of the Service.
